ABOUT SHWETA VARMA
A life shaped by presence
Counsellor, educator, writer and conscious-parenting advocate. My story moves through four chapters — each one feeding the next, and all of them leading toward the dream of Tathata.

Hello, I’m Shweta
For over two decades I have walked alongside children, parents and families — first as an educator, then as a counsellor, and always as someone who believes that presence changes everything. I don’t see my work as fixing children; I see it as strengthening the relationships and understanding that help whole families grow.
Everything I do flows from a simple belief: when we cultivate awareness in ourselves, we nurture healthier relationships with our children, our communities and the earth.
Four chapters, one journey
01 · The Educator
It began in the classroom. Teaching showed me how children learn, struggle and bloom — and how much of that depends on the adults around them. I saw that supporting a child means supporting the whole family.
02 · The Counsellor
Drawn deeper into that need, I trained as a counsellor. Working with children and parents, I learned that lasting change rarely comes from fixing behaviour — it comes from understanding development and rebuilding connection.
03 · The Writer
I write to make sense of what I witness, and to help families feel less alone. Reflective writing became a way to share ideas about behaviour, emotions and conscious parenting with a wider circle.
04 · The Advocate
Today I am moving toward a larger vision — one that brings together parenting, community, nature, reflection and regenerative living. That vision has a name: Tathata.
